02 Build · Solutions Roadmap

Find the bottleneck. Then price the fix.

The Solutions Roadmap is the paid diagnostic. Chris maps the real workflow, counts what it costs you in hours and dollars, and writes a build-ready plan: what to build, in what order, what it is worth, and what it takes. You keep the plan whether we build it or not.

The roadmap is yours. Hand it to any developer, any agency, or your own team. It is written to be built from, not admired. And if we do the build, the roadmap fee credits into it, so it costs you nothing extra to find out first.

What's inside

What you actually get.

01

The workflow map, end to end

Every handoff, every tool, every wait state, from first contact to money in the bank. The version that is true, not the version on the whiteboard.

02

The bottleneck analysis, in hours and dollars

Where the time goes and what it costs per month at your own labor rate. Numbers built from your operation, that you can check. Not a percentage from somebody's industry survey.

03

The prioritized build order

What to build first, second, third, and why that order. Sequenced so the first build pays for the second, not so the fun one goes first.

04

The tool-stack call

What stays, what gets replaced, what gets added. Most operations we look at need fewer tools, not more. Sometimes the roadmap's biggest line is a cancellation.

05

The knowledge audit

Where your company's knowledge actually lives today: in one person's head, in a text thread, in a folder nobody opens. This is the raw input to the Company Brain, and it is usually the part that surprises owners.

06

The do-not-build list

The parts we recommend you leave alone, and the reason. Usually because a human signing it is the product, or because the volume does not justify the build. A roadmap that recommends everything is a sales document.

How it runs

The shape of the work.

01

Sit with the work

  • Chris works inside your operation, not from a questionnaire.
  • We follow real jobs and real records, not the demo account.
  • Your operators get asked what they actually do, including the workaround they never told anyone about.

02

Do the math

  • Time each step at real volume, not at best case.
  • Cost it at your loaded labor rate, monthly.
  • Size each fix against what it takes to build. That ratio sets the order.

03

Write the plan

  • Plain English, glossed the first time any term shows up.
  • Scoped so somebody else could build it if you wanted them to.
  • Every recommendation carries the number that justifies it.

04

Walk it together

  • We read the roadmap with you and pressure-test every number in it.
  • You leave knowing what you would build first and roughly what it is worth.
  • Deciding to stop here is a real option, and it happens.

Fit

Is this the right fit?

Right for you if

  • You have a bottleneck you can already feel and want it priced before you spend on a build.
  • You want a plan you own, that survives you changing your mind about who builds it.
  • Somebody is going to ask you what the return is, and you would like a real answer.
  • You have been quoted for an AI project and want to know if the scope is honest.

Maybe not yet if

  • You want the plan for free. The plan is the work.
  • You cannot give access to how the work actually runs. Then we would be mapping fiction.
  • You need something live next week. Go straight to Implementation and we will map as we build.
  • You already have a roadmap you trust. Then you do not need this one.

The ladder

Where the Solutions Roadmap fits.

Four phases, one spine. You can start on any rung, and plenty of operators only ever use one.

Questions

Answered plainly.

What is an AI solutions roadmap?

A paid diagnostic that produces a build-ready plan: a map of your real workflow, an analysis of what the bottleneck costs in hours and dollars, a prioritized order of what to build, a call on your tool stack, and an honest list of what not to automate. You keep it whether or not you build with us.

How is this different from the AI Readiness Workshop?

The workshop is one session and gives you direction. The roadmap is one to two weeks inside the operation and gives you a plan with numbers attached, scoped tightly enough to build from. The workshop tells you where to look. The roadmap tells you what it is worth and what it takes.

Do I have to build with you afterward?

No. The roadmap is written so any competent developer or your own internal team can execute it. Some clients build the first module themselves and come back for the second. That is a fine outcome.

How long does it take?

One to two weeks from kickoff to the plan in your hands, depending on how many workflows are in scope and how quickly we can get access to how the work really runs.

What does it cost?

It is priced as standalone work, and the fee credits into the build if you go on to build with us. So if we build, the diagnostic is effectively free. We price on the outcome and the size of the operation, so you get a real number on a call, not a range on a page.

What if the roadmap says not to build anything?

Then it says that, and you saved the cost of a build you did not need. It has happened. A diagnostic that can only ever recommend surgery is not a diagnostic.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Month one is fully refundable. If the first month does not land, you get it back. No conversation needed.
