Meta Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Disconnect the integration

  1. Open Facebook Settings and privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations.
  3. Find CMore A&J Marketing or the CMore Flo integration.
  4. Select Remove and confirm the permissions you want revoked.

Removing the integration stops future API access. It does not automatically delete posts that were already published on your Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Ask CMore Flo to delete stored integration data

Email chris@cmoreflo.com with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request." Include your business name and the Facebook Page or Instagram username to be disconnected. Do not send a password, access token, or app secret.

We may ask you to verify that you are authorized to act for the business. After verification, we will delete the related access tokens and locally stored integration records that are not required for security, legal, or accounting purposes, and we will confirm completion by email.

What this request covers

  • Stored Meta access tokens and authorization records
  • Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers
  • Cached media metadata, publishing status, and insights
  • Scheduled content that has not yet been published

To remove content already published on Meta, delete it directly from the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account, or identify it in your email request so we can explain the available options.
