1. Who we are

CMore Flo ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI operations consulting practice based in Tampa, Florida, United States. We run the website cmoreflo.com. This policy explains what information this website collects from you, why, which tools touch it, how long we keep it, and how to get it corrected or deleted.

2. What we collect

Things you type in

  • The AI readiness assessment: your answers about how your business runs, plus the name, email address, and company website you enter at the end before your result is shown
  • If you give us a company website, we load that homepage once and keep only the domain and what its own title and description tag say. We do not crawl the rest of the site, and we do not store the page itself
  • Booking a call: the name, email, and scheduling details you enter into the Cal.com scheduler when you pick a time
  • Anything you send us directly by email

Things collected automatically

  • Analytics: with your consent only, Google Analytics 4 records which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. If you decline analytics in the cookie banner, it never loads.
  • Server logs: Vercel, the company that hosts this website, keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address, request time, and the page requested) to run and secure the site.
  • Your browser's local storage: the site saves your cookie choices and, if you use the assessment form, a draft of your answers so a page refresh does not wipe your work. Both stay on your device.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver what you asked for: the written assessment, a booked call, or a reply to your question
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site (analytics, only with your consent)
  • To keep the website running, stable, and secure
  • To meet legal obligations when they genuinely apply

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. The tools that process your data

A small number of named services process visitor data on our behalf, each for one job:

  • Google Analytics 4: page analytics. Loads only after you grant analytics consent in the cookie banner.
  • Cal.com: call scheduling. Its embed runs when you interact with the booking calendar, and the booking details you enter go to Cal.com to create the appointment.
  • Resend: email delivery. When you submit the assessment form, Resend carries the transactional emails (your copy and ours).
  • Vercel: website hosting and the server logs described above.

Beyond these, we only disclose information when the law requires it or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data.

5. Client systems we operate

Part of our consulting work is building and managing systems inside our clients' own accounts, using tools such as GoHighLevel (a CRM, meaning customer relationship management software) and Twilio (a messaging service). Those systems handle data belonging to our clients and their customers, under the clients' own policies. They do not collect anything from visitors to this website. They are described here only so the tool names in our work do not cause confusion about what this site does.

6. How long we keep it

In plain terms: assessment submissions and email threads are kept while we are talking or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings, roughly two years. Vercel keeps server logs briefly under its own schedule. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping a specific record.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Change your cookie choices using the Cookie preferences button in the footer of every page

Send requests to chris@cmoreflo.com. You will hear back within one business day.

8. SMS programs in client systems

This website does not send text messages. Some client systems we manage do send SMS to people who opted in through those clients' own forms. Where CMore Flo operates such a program on a client's behalf, these rules apply:

  • Opt-in: Messages go only to numbers that gave express written consent through an opt-in form, checkbox, or keyword response.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may cover appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also email chris@cmoreflo.com.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
  • No sharing: Phone numbers and opt-in records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Cookies

Everything this site stores in your browser, cookie by cookie, is listed on the cookie policy page. Nothing non-essential loads before you make a choice in the banner, and the Cookie preferences button in the footer reopens that choice whenever you want.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we keep the amount of data this site collects deliberately small. No online service can promise perfect security, so we do not.

11. Children

This website and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date at the top. Material changes to how your data is handled will be reflected in this document before they take effect.
